Stellaveda (hereinafter “the Service”) is a Vedic astrology AI consultation service provided by the operator. The operator is committed to safely storing and properly managing your important personal information, especially your birth data used for astrological readings.
This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information in connection with the Service.
2. Information We Collect

- LINE ID (when using LINE Login)
- Google account information (when using Google Login)
Birth Data (Sensitive Information)
- Date of birth
- Time of birth
- Place of birth
This birth data is used solely for calculating your Vedic astrology chart. The operator treats this data as sensitive information and manages it under special protection. You may verify your birth details against your birth certificate or hospital records.
Reading Data
- AI chat content
- Memories (conversation summaries)
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by PayPal (PayPal Pte. Ltd.). We do not store credit card numbers or other payment details on our side.
Contact Inquiries
- Name (optional), email address, and message content
- IP address of the sender (to prevent abusive submissions)

- Access logs
- Cookies (for authentication session management and temporary LINE authentication)
You can manage cookie acceptance through your browser settings. However, disabling cookies may prevent some features of the Service from functioning properly.
3. Purpose of Use
The operator uses collected information for the following purposes:
- Calculating Vedic astrology charts
- Providing AI astrology readings (via Claude API)
- Memory feature (storing and utilizing past reading summaries)
- Session management and billing
- Service improvement (statistical analysis in a non-personally identifiable manner)
4. Use of AI Technology
The Service uses Anthropic's Claude API to provide AI-powered readings.
Your reading data (chat content) is not used for training AI models. This is in accordance with Anthropic's API usage policy.
- The Service is intended for entertainment purposes and is not a substitute for professional advice in medicine, law, finance, or other fields.
- Reading content is automatically generated by AI and is not viewed or monitored by human staff.

Transfers to Third Parties Outside Japan
Many of the services above process information on servers outside Japan (mainly in the United States and other countries). Your personal information may be provided to these providers and processed or stored abroad for AI reading generation, data storage, payments, analytics, and bug detection.
- We limit the information provided to each provider to what is necessary for its purpose.
- Each provider handles personal information under its own privacy policy. Information about the personal data protection systems of the relevant countries is available on the website of Japan's Personal Information Protection Commission.
- If you do not wish your information to be transferred abroad, please refrain from entering birth data or chat content and consider deleting your account.
6. Data Storage and Security
- Data protection via SSL/TLS encrypted communication
- Access control through Supabase RLS (Row Level Security)
- Credit card information is managed by PayPal (PayPal Pte. Ltd.) and is not stored by the operator
While we cannot guarantee 100% security, we employ industry-standard protective measures to properly manage your information.
7. Data Retention and Deletion

* Backups: Backups taken by our database provider (Supabase) for disaster recovery may retain deleted data for a limited period. Backups are not publicly accessible and are overwritten once that period passes.
* AI provider: Content sent to Anthropic for AI readings may be retained on Anthropic's side for the period it determines. Deletion on our side does not extend to data held by Anthropic. Anthropic does not use this content to train AI models.
8. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Request disclosure of your personal information
- Request correction, addition, or deletion of your data
- Request suspension of use of your data
- Delete individual chat conversations (from History)
- View and delete AI memories (from Settings)
- Delete your account (available anytime from the settings page; the data in the operator's database is deleted immediately. Data remaining in backups or with external providers is described in the notes in Section 7)
You can delete your account yourself from the settings page. For other requests, please contact us by email at the address below. We will verify your identity and respond within a reasonable period.
9. Revisions and Contact
This policy may be revised in response to changes in laws or updates to the Service. We will notify you of significant changes through the Service.
